Amy & Greg — Nebraska Wedding
A little over a month ago I left New Mexico to head back to Nebraska for Amy and Greg’s Wedding. We had a beautiful day for the event along with beautiful shooting locations at the Nebraska State Capital (where my own wedding was) and the church in Bennett where the reception was to be held as well.
We started off at Amy and Greg’s Lincoln home for a few shots of them getting ready for the big day before heading to the capital for portraits and group shots. Amy and Greg were fabulous to work with by bringing their own ideas for shots. There was one corridor Amy really wanted some shots in and we got some great results.
After a beautiful ceremony we had a dinner reception before heading out for more shots. This time we just used the sunset and the rolling hills for the backdrop. Couldn’t have been nicer.
Katie and Ty
This past weekend had the pleasure of being a part of Katie and Ty’s wedding at The Falls in Lincoln. It was a wonderful day all the way around. It seems I can’t help taking pictures, even when I’m not working.
At last
At long last I’ve got a new post. I’ve been a bit distracted and busy as you can tell from the self portrait with my bride. This was taken after pictures while we were trying to relax and cool off before the start of the wedding. On the spur of the moment I decided to instittue a tradition of a family portrait on our wedding day and future anniversaries. Didn’t get many photos of us with the timer on, but we got a couple and that’s enough to start with.
